Authentic recipe of La Sablesienne famous shortbread cookies, Madeleine de Souvreacute, better known as the Marquise de Sableacute, introduced this shortbread cookie in July 1670 to the court of the great Condeacute. She showed a multitude of small round biscuits to the brother of the king who was conquered by these delicious sweets.
Ingredients: Wheat flour Fresh butter 21.% Sugar Raspberry nuggets 7.1% (raspberry puree, sucrose, apple, dextrose, pineapple fibre, flavoring) Eggs Salt Starch. Made in a factory that also uses sesame, soy, nuts and cereals containing gluten, milk and butter.
